Technical Specifications for ‘COMPACTORS’
Manually operated & mechanically assisted ‘Mobile Storage Systems’ sliding smoothly and effortlessly on a pair of rails and providing maximum storage capacity.

BASE FRAME:
The base frame shall be fabricated in ‘C’ Channel type from 10G HR MS Sheet size of Channel 25mm x 100mm x 35mm.

GUIDE RAILS:
The Guide Rails shall be made out of 30mm bright bar placed on 2mm thick MS Plate with end stoppers which will be above the floor as per international standard of safety.


SUPER STRUCTURE:
The super structure of the Mobile Storage System will consist of completely knock-down panels.

SHELVES:
Shelves made of 20G; CRCA Prime Quality Steel having 8 folds will be provided; each designed to carry a UDL of 70kgs.

VERTICAL PANELS:
Vertical Panels consist of the front, centre & rear panels and shall be made out of 22G; CRCA Prime Quality Steel & designed to take the load of shelves.

DRIVE COVER PANEL:
Made out of 22G; CRCA Prime Quality Steel to cover the entire drive mechanism.

CENTRE PARTITION / DOORS:
The Centre Partition/Doors (if required) will comprise of 22G CRCA Prime Quality Sheets.

CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM :
Will be provided on the last unit. When all units are brought together, the central lock when operated gets locked & does not allow access to the units. We also provide each moving unit with an arrangement which when engaged Will prevent the unit from moving, which will avoid trapping the user.

TROLLEY DRIVE MECHANISM:
The wheels will be supported on special grade antifriction bearings to have smooth & effortless movement. The entire mechanism of Gear & Sprockets shall be fitted on the front side of the Trolley.

INDEXING ARRANGEMENT:
Acrylic Card Holders (2 Nos) will be provided on the front of the Panel.

DRIVING WHEEL:
We provide a Polyurethane Drive Wheel for better torque & free movement of the trolley over the rails.

PRE-TREATMENT:
All products go through a thorough 5-tank process of de-greasing, de-rusting & phosphating.

POWDER COATING:
All metal components are epoxy powder coated with a thickness of 75 – 80 microns.
